I want a hambaaga too

Chubby Hubby: I rabuu Hambaaga. Although, when we made meat-loaf, we never used Waygu or Berkshire pork belly. The truth is, regular hamburger is made of lots of steak trimmings, and is better quality than you think.



  • The problem with most hamburger is that people buy it with too low a fat content.

    The fat is what gives the hamburger is moisture and cohesiveness, without it you get dry crumbly and tasteless patties.

    I need to go to sleep.
